Ballast water treatment system

OMEP provides turn-key solutions for Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) installation on board ships. We specialize in the installation of BWTS on existing vessels, which involves a comprehensive process from 3D scanning to final installation.

For accurate installation requirements, we first conduct a 3D scan of the ship. The engineers create a detailed 3D model of the ship interior, then a project is developed and all calculations are made, after that, we prefabricate the piping in our workshop, ensuring a high-quality and efficient installation.

Our skilled professionals then install pining for the BWTS on board, utilizing advanced equipment and tools to ensure a precise and reliable installation. Ship owners only need to provide the main BWTS plant, and we take care of the rest.

We work with BWTS makers, such as: Alfa Laval, Optimarin, Techcross, Norwegian Greentech, Desmi.
