2023

OMEP carried out machinery replacement and winch overhaul works on board the LNG carrier Neptune. During a service stop in Germany, this project was completed.

A Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) was installed by OMEP on board the vessel Norbris. We were responsible for the prefabrication and installation of piping, as well as the installation of electrical cabinets, connections, and cable pulling during the project. The project was done in Estonia.

OMEP was contracted to perform a turnkey project for the installation of a Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) on board the vessel Silver Frida. This project consisted of all aspects of the project cycle, 3D scanning, design of all systems, prefabrication and installation of piping, as well as the installation of electrical cabinets, connections, and cable pulling, which we were responsible for during the entire project cycle. OMEP also conducted a sampling of the ballast water to ensure that the system is functioning correctly and that the samples were accurate. The project was done in Estonia.

OMEP installed electrical systems and troubleshooted them for the Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) on board vessel Key Bay as part of its services. This project was done during vessel operations.

On the vessel Finlandia, OMEP assisted with the repair of hydraulic systems that were malfunctioning. There was a need to replace hydraulic components in the system, as well as do maintenance and overhaul works on the system. The work was carried out during the vessel’s operations from Finland to Estonia.

2022

The OMEP carried out an inspection of the piping, internal structure, and electrical systems of the vessel Key Bay as part of the preparations for the installation of the Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS). This was the first stage of the project. Prior to the start of the design project, specialists inspected the vessel.  Project was done in Estonia.

As part of the deployment of the Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) on board the vessel Ocean Dee, OMEP provided a turn-key installation service. We have completed all the steps of the project. This consists of a pre-inspection, a 3D scanning process, the design of electrical and piping systems, the pre-fabrication and installation of piping, electrical works, and the full project management. This project was done in Denmark.

OMEP designed the electrical system for the vessel Key Bay as the second stage of the Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) installation on the vessel. This project was done in Estonia.

OMEP designed the electrical system for the vessel Key Bora as the second stage of the Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) installation on the vessel. This project was done in Estonia.

In order to install a Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) on board vessel Hagland Captain OMEP performed a turnkey installation of the BWTS. A new electrical and piping system has been installed as part of this project. The project was done in Poland.

Renewal on board the vessel Hagland Captain. This included a wide range of services as well. This task includes steel work, hydraulic maintenance, electrical work, tank cleaning, painting, machinery work, and other related tasks associated with it, etc. Service was done in Poland.

OMEP assisted with the design and production of construction used in the Norwegian fish farming industry. HDPE plastic and stainless steel were used in the construction of special fish shelters. Produced in Estonia.

A Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) was installed by OMEP on board the vessel Key Fjord. Among the work that was performed was piping prefabrication and installation alongside with electrical cabinet installation, connecting the cabinets, and pulling the cables. Project was done in Poland.

OMEP assisted with electrical works on board the vessel Trosso. Various electrical cabinets building and installation, cable pulling and connections. Automation works. Project was done in Sweden.

The OMEP company carried out a full complex 3D scan for the owners of Ocean Star as well as assisted with the design work. The project was done in Norway.

OMEP installed and connected equipment for the Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) on board the vessel Key Bora during vessel operations. The project was done while the vessel was sailing in Scandinavia.

OMEP installed the  Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) on board vessel Hagland Boss. The work included prefabrication and installation of piping, installation of electrical cabinets, connection of cables, and cable pulling. Project was done in Poland.

As part of its work on the vessel Hagland Chief, OMEP was responsible for repairing crane buckets and performing various welding jobs. Works were done in Poland.

On board the Hagland Boss vessel, OMEP provided a turn-key management and repair service for the renewal of the 5th (25 years) class. There was a wide range of services included in that. Work including steel fabrication and repairs, hydraulic maintenance, electrical work, tank cleaning, painting, machinery maintenance, and other tasks. Total steel replacement was 60 tons. Service was done in Poland.

A project by OMEP was to provide electrical works for the Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) on board the ship Key Bora. We were responsible for pulling cables, assembling the cabinets, connecting the equipment, and installing them. The work was carried out during the operation of the vessel.

OMEP carried out a turn key project for Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) installation on board vessel Silver Framnes. The project included pre-study to determine whether the vessel is compatible with the selected BWTS plant, 3D scanning, piping and electrical design projects, as well as installation and connections for the BWTS and electrical parts.  It was a project that was carried out during the operation of the vessel.

OMEP has performed various steel replacement works on board the LNG carrier Neptune as part of its maintenance program. The project was completed during a service stop in Germany.

In the course of its work on board the vessel Pearl Seaways, OMEP was responsible for the electrical works. Building and installing new electrical cabinets, as well as pulling and connecting cables. Work on automation systems. The project was carried out in Sweden.

2021

A Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) was installed by OMEP on board the vessel Hagland Carrier. The scope of work included prefabrication and installation of piping along with the installation of electrical cabinets, connecting and pulling cables. The project was carried out in Poland.

In Norway, OMEP was responsible for the implementation of a large project on board Arctic Lion. During the retrofitting process, the electrical system was upgraded. Replacement of all electrical cabinets, cable pulling, and connections were carried out as part of this project. On this project OMEP provided management services as well. A few examples of this would be help with the purchase of supplies and the general management of a project.

A turn-key installation of the Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) was carried out by OMEP on board the vessel Falkland. A significant part of the work was the installation of new piping system and electrical works. The project was done in Poland.

The Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) was installed by OMEP onboard the vessel Norne as a turnkey installation. It was an important part of the work to install a new piping system along with electrical work as part of this project. The project was done in Estonia.

It was OMEP’s responsibility to conduct an inspection of the vessel Christina as part of the preparations for installing the Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS). This was the first stage of the project. Before the design project began, the vessel was inspected by a team of specialists.  Project was done in Finland.

As part of the preparations for the installation of the Ballast Water Treatment System (BWTS) on the vessel Nordstraum, OMEP carried out an inspection to make sure everything was in order. This was the first stage of the project. In order to begin the design project, specialists conducted an inspection of the vessel before starting the design work.  Project was done in Finland.
